  • Your events are eligible to be FEATURED (pictured) on NowPlayingAustin.com, our new premiere service for the arts.
    • Powered by the highly successful Artsopolis Marketing Partnership with content management provided by Seattle's BeDynamic.com, NowPlayingAustin is the single-most comprehensive portal for artists, patrons, arts organizations, and arts-seeking residents and tourists (both kids and adults) in CentralTexas - 45,000 visitors/month come to our site. Be on it. Link to it.
    • NowPlayingAustin links your events to your box office and website systems. It also lists auditions, classes, calls for submissions, classifieds, etc. We can also handle discount tickets via our new bilingual ticketing site, TexasPerforms.com
  • Use of AusTIX and TexasPerforms.com, our online bilingual full and half price ticketing system at no additional set up fees. Grow your subscriber base via discount promotions and get the email addresses of all persons purchasing your tickets. (Last year ACoT helped performing arts group earn over $100,000 from discount ticket sales.)
  • Your events touted on our weekly Spotlight e*news (close to 5000 subscribers and growing by leaps and bounds since NowPlayingAustin went live.)

    Your organizational membership in ACoT  allows you to provide your staff or company members with a discounted individual ACoT membership. ($36/year instead of $48.) that entitle them to same FA associate member benefits.
  • Ballots for Choosing the B. Iden Payne Award winners
    All organizational members receive ballots each year to help select the winners of our annual B. Iden Payne Awards.
    • Two ballots per Level I and II organizations to vote for B. Iden Payne Award nominees
    • Three ballots per Level III - V organizations to vote for B. Iden Payne Award nominees
  • Fiscal Sponsorship and Sponsored Project Services
    If you meet our qualifications, ACoT, as a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) organization can sponsor your company for City of Austin funding and/or act as your fiscal agent. We have a long track record of introducing some very special groups to Austin via this program. Rude Mechanicals, Salvage Vanguard, Vortex and Austin Cabaret Theatre are among them.
